Due to the digital and instant nature of our services, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances:
If your order has not been delivered within the promised timeframe.
If there is a confirmed technical issue on our end preventing delivery.
If you cancel your order before it has begun processing.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent banning from our platform.
- Service Delivery
Most orders (members, boosts, chat activity, reactions) are processed within 24 hours of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on package size, demand, or third-party factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate Discord server details when placing an order. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information.
